Although nonlinear optical spectroscopy of nanostructures, nanomaterials, and nanomedicines has been widely used to observe study the nature (NLO) phenomena, field improve for single nanostructure system. However, it is extremely difficult investigate behaviors materials because setup in experiment obligate a high resolution imaging arrangement overcome diffraction limit problem. This paper presents that newly modified z-scan technique with as starting point optics measurement technology successfully implemented silver nanoparticle aggregation. Such aggregation diameter ?1.56 µm made from nanoparticles precisely observed an profile on target large absorption coefficient 8.90 × 109 cm/GW. suggests wide impact application better understanding knowledge conjunction origin NLO behavior any including nanomedicines.
